Beth Slife, MEd, MRC, LPC

Counselor

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with master’s degrees in Education and Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University. I work with young adults and adults dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and stress from daily life or past trauma. I've worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, which helps me bring a broad, practical perspective to therapy.

My approach is down-to-earth and tailored to each person, using tools from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I see therapy as a team effort and aim to be a supportive partner as each person I work with moves toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
