Kandi Staples, LISW is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 25 years of experience helping children, families, and individuals navigate life’s most challenging emotional journeys. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, she specializes in depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, anger management, relationship dynamics, and identity development. Kandi sees clients 5 years old and older. 
 

Kandi draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices, all applied through a trauma-informed lens. Her goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. Guided by her deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit, Kandi meets each client exactly where they are—with empathy, insight, and genuine care. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, struggling with self-worth, or seeking clarity and balance, Kandi walks alongside you as a steady, intuitive guide.
